發貨流程

當你完成下單後,你會收到一封確認電郵。電郵內將載有發票及你的訂單號碼。

訂單確認後,我們一般會在4個工作天內發貨。早上11:00 (EST) 後的訂單可能會延至第4個工作天才開始處理;週末/ 假期下的訂單也會於週末/ 假期後的第一個工作天的早上8:00 (EST)開始處理。 如遇訂單高峰期, 處理時間有可能超過4個工作天,敬請諒解。

當訂單出貨後,客戶會收到載有追蹤郵件資訊的確認電郵,讓你追蹤送貨進度。

國際貨運

我們使用EMS/ SF發貨,支持國際貨運服務。我們亦正努力拓展更多可送達之國家。

退換安排

RECRAFT 的貨品多數為手造且產量有限,故暫時未能提供退換服務;唯出貨前我們會盡力檢查貨品質量,敬請見諒。

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Once your order is placed, a standard processing time of up to 4 business days is required before the order is shipped out. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 8:00 AM (EST). During peak periods, processing times may exceed 4 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we use EMS/ SF for our product delivery. And we will continue to expand to additional countries over time.

What is your return policy? 

Stock on RECRAFT are mostly handmade and limited, we are unable to offer return and exchange. Our team would try our best to ensure product quality before shipping.
